Phoebe’s Reworked Wedding Gown
Phoebe was given a pre-loved fish-tail wedding dress, but it wasn’t quite right for what she envisioned wearing for her special day. She had a design in mind, so she came to me with her vision. Her requests were "witchy, sexy, Stevie Nicks inspired" so, I transformed the dress for her, bringing her dream dress to reality. I took off the bottom section of the dress, replacing it with long fringing, which I hand-dyed with coffee. Underneath I added a tulle layer, which created a floor sweeping train behind her. The "pièce de résistance" being the long flowing tulle cape sleeves, these are a modern alternative to a cape or veil. It was such an honour to co-create and re-invent this gown especially for Phoebe.

Rosa’s Wedding Skirt
It’s not every day you get to fasten the bridal bow of one of your dearest friends, in her beautiful home! What an honour to create this special piece for the one and only Rosa O ~ vintage hair & make-up artist
Rosa came to me with a vintage skirt that she loved the style and fit of, the perfect accompaniment for the bespoke made top that she had custom ordered from Carolyn O’Sullivan, Not Another White Dress. But the skirt needed something extra special… in-line with Rosa’s dream vision of an ‘apron’ style skirt, I created her a gathered tulle over-skirt, flowing from a gold silk sash, with a big beautiful bow at the back.
