Event Description:

Our Rewear Fair is now ReStyle CECAS, our celebration of sustainable fashion, repair and creativity in collaboration with The Environmental Forum. Come enjoy clothes swaps, sustainable vendors and demos, talks and workshops, upcycling and mending, screen printing, and sustainable fashion all under one roof. It is a day for anyone who believes that style does not have to cost the earth.

Come along, get involved and be part of a kinder way to dress. Everyone is welcome.

Schedule:

11:00am – Event opens: Clothes Swap, Screen Printing Merch, Stalls and Cafe all day (ES1 & ES2)

11:30am to 12:30pm: 'Magic of Plants' workshop with SallyAnn Lenehan and Ellie Hutton (ES2)

12:00pm to 2:00pm: Flax Cordage, Weaving and Natural Dye workshop with Kathy Kirwan (Activity Room)

12:30pm-3:30pm: Upcycling & Mending with Alice Halliday (ES2)

2:00pm to 3:00pm: Sustainable Vendor demos (~15 minutes each) (ES2)

3:00pm to 4:00pm: Talk on Sustainable Fashion in Everyday Life with Ana Ospina (CECAS) (ES1)

Workshops are included in ticket price and are limited in terms of capacity so places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
