Alice Halliday is a couturier & fashion stylist based in Skibbereen, Co. Cork, Ireland. She specialises in sustainable couture, bridal & event wear, headpieces & accessories.
Worn by the likes of Florence + the Machine and featured on Vogue, Alice's award winning designs have just the right balance of ‘old world’ elegance and contemporary design.
“Nature is my main source of inspiration.”
Passionate about the environment and ethical fashion, Alice lovingly creates each piece by hand, using the finest locally sourced and reclaimed materials.
Her creations are ethereal and romantic, with a bohemian feel. Using vintage and antique lace, Alice creates ready made and custom made pieces, including dresses, skirts, tops, capes and belts. She also makes veils and headpieces to order.
Renowned for her flower crowns, Alice now teaches workshops where you can make your own. These run throughout the year, with different themes depending on the season. They are perfect for brides wanting to make their own wedding headpieces, and also make a great hen party event.
As a fashion stylist, Alice styles fashion and bridal photo shoots in collaboration with experienced photographer Kate Bean. Their work has been published in numerous magazines and wedding blogs. They are offering their services to other brands to create beautifully styled images, editorials and videos.
Alice's designs are one-of-a-kind or made-to-order. She creates each piece from her home studio in Skibbereen.
